Utilities under tenants name
Dear Tenant,
A critical provision of your lease agreement, specifically, Section regarding utilities - Utilities. According to the terms of your lease agreement: you are responsible for having all utilities (water, gas, electricity, etc.) under your name.
All the utilities should be registered under your name,

Is considered a violation of your lease agreement, and it is imperative that tenants rectify this situation immediately.
We kindly request that you provide us with photographic evidence demonstrating that all utilities, as stipulated in the lease, are indeed registered in your name. Please mail to vlondono@texasfastrealty.com all screenshots or pictures.
Failure to provide the required photographic evidence and rectify the utility account violations in accordance with the terms of tenant's lease agreement will be considered a breach of the contract. In such a scenario, we will be left with no option but to initiate the process of lease termination, which may result in eviction proceedings.
We strongly urge tenants to take this matter seriously and act promptly to avoid any adverse consequences. Compliance with the lease terms is not only a legal obligation but also a fundamental aspect of maintaining a harmonious landlord-tenant relationship.
